| A citizen of Jerusalem is both and honor and a privilege bestowed to those individuals who are members of states and organisations that subscribe to the morals and standards of the constitution of One-Jerusalem. |

| In being granted citizenship to Jerusalem, those who belief in the destiny and truth of their great religions shall be bestowed a gift of historic notice. Jerusalem to Judaism, Christianity and Islam is the most holy of holies. To be a citizen of Jerusalem is to be one of God's own chosen. To be a citizen of Jerusalem is to walk in the footsteps of the great prophets and saints. | ||
| With such honor comes great responsibility. To honor the code and rules of this constitution. To honor and respect peace and the beliefs of others. To believe in the truth and prophecy of ones own belief system as a New Jerusalem has truly come to Earth . | ||
| Jerusalem as an international city | ||
| The history of Jerusalem warrants its recognition as truly an international city, the worlds oldest international living city. Such antiquity and importance should be recognized for its importance in history is as great as the formation of any nation, any power. | ||
| Jerusalem as its own sovereign territory | ||
| By the Constitution of One-Jerusalem and One-Islam, a sovereign state of Jerusalem is declared. By this constitution a sovereign state for the sake of all humanity and all religions is claimed, whether the time to power is an age or not. | ||
